I had a lovely stay at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, with beautiful surroundings and well-maintained facilities but faced a few hiccups during check-in and dining. The rooms were updated and comfortable, making it a pleasant retreat after busy days in the parks.

My room in the Ranchos section was clean and beautifully remodeled. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the under-bed luggage storage. The small fridge was just right for keeping drinks cool, and the ceiling fan added a nice touch.
Service
6.0
I found most of the staff to be friendly and accommodating, but the check-in experience was chaotic and the staff member I encountered wasn't very welcoming. This made for a rocky start to my stay, especially when there was an issue with my magic band not charging my card properly.
Location

The resort is beautifully landscaped, and I loved walking around the grounds. Being centrally located between Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios made getting to the parks a breeze! Plus, the new boardwalk around the lake is a great addition.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were a mixed bag. I enjoyed the selection in the cafeteria, especially the Texas bacon burger, but I found the breakfast options to be overly sweet and pricey. The service in the food hall sometimes fell short, which was disappointing.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities include useful services like room service and laundry. I didn't take advantage of everything available, but everything seemed well-organized and efficient.

My stay at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort was a mix of highs and lows. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, and the room was clean and furnished with a nice bathroom (the toiletries were a great touch!). However, the sprawling layout made it inconvenient to navigate, especially when I wasn't in the tower. The bus service was slow, and I experienced several issues with luggage delivery and magic bands. Overall, while there were some nice aspects, the inconveniences were hard to overlook.

Rooms
7.0
The room was clean and nicely fitted out, featuring a fantastic shower and a good selection of toiletries. It had a large TV, but I missed having a microwave for warming up meals.
Service
5.0
While some staff were helpful and friendly, the luggage service was a significant letdown. After checking in, my bags were not delivered until after midnight, despite several attempts to reach luggage services. The front desk was also overwhelmed, making it hard to get assistance.
Location
5.0
The resort is beautifully landscaped and great for walking, but the sprawling nature of the hotel made getting around a challenge. If you're not staying in the tower, expect lengthy hikes to reach amenities. I appreciate the theme pool's beauty, but the layout needs improvement.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were available but felt pricey (typical Disney expectations). The poolside options were limited, which made it less convenient, especially for those with kids.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities included room service and a clean workout room, but the bus system was frustratingly slow and insufficient for the size of the resort. The long wait times for buses to and from the parks were disappointing.

I had a fantastic stay at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, especially in the Gran Destino Tower. The modern facilities and well-equipped room made my experience enjoyable. However, I did face some challenges during check-in and dining that detracted from the overall experience.

Rooms
9.0
My room was spacious, modern, and clean, with an impressive view and excellent amenities like a large TV and a coffee machine. The absence of carpet was a big plus for cleanliness.
Service
6.0
While the housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating, I experienced some frustrating interactions at dining locations where the service felt indifferent and unwelcoming.
Location
8.0
The resort is beautifully landscaped and conveniently located near the parks, making it easy to access public transport.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were acceptable, but I found the atmosphere at the quick service restaurant lacking. Some food choices were limited during my stay, which was disappointing.
Facilities

The on-site amenities were great, including multiple pools and laundry facilities, though I wish the laundry accepted cash at payment.

I had a beautiful and relaxing stay at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, with its stunning Spanish-inspired architecture and lush landscaping. Although walking from my room to certain amenities could be lengthy, the grounds were so pleasant that I enjoyed every moment. The room was newly renovated and very comfortable, while the dining options ranged from great to just average. Overall, my experience was good, and I would happily return.

Rooms
8.0
My room was lovely, comfortable, and clean, featuring laminate flooring and beautiful decor. The bathroom was spacious, and I appreciated the two sinks. However, the mini-fridge was quite small, which might not suit families who pack extra snacks.
Service
10.0
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to address any queries and even surprised my daughter with a towel animal, which made her day!
Location
8.0
The resort's location is beautiful, with immaculate grounds and easy access to the bus stops. However, getting to certain areas could involve a lengthy walk, depending on where your room is situated.
Dining
7.0
The dining options varied; I found the quick-service restaurant to be above average, while the Maya Grill didn't quite meet my expectations. The grab-and-go options at Cafe Rix were convenient, and the blended drinks at the Laguna bar were refreshing.
Facilities
9.0
The resort boasts great facilities including a major pool with a bar, playground, and arcade. There's ample space to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

I recently stayed at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and found it a mixed experience. The ambiance around the resort is lovely, with beautiful fountains and courtyards that entice you to wander. However, I was disappointed by the long walks required to get from my room to the main areas and the dining choices, which felt limited and repetitive.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean and modern-looking, though it felt a bit on the small side for my family. We stayed in the Cabanas, which were recently renovated and spacious overall.
Service
7.0
Most of the staff I encountered were polite and accommodating, especially when I requested a separate bed for my daughter. However, I did experience some indifference at check-in regarding my daughter's birthday wishes.
Location
6.0
The surroundings are stunning, and I appreciated the beautiful sights. though the long distances between different points of interest were tiring after a day at the parks.
Dining
5.0
Although the food at the sit-down restaurant was excellent, the options at the food court felt limited and often the same each day. accommodating my picky eater was a challenge.
Facilities
7.0
The resort had numerous pools which were clean and beautiful. The amenities, including the free shuttle service, were a plus, but I wished the dining options were more varied.
